File a Complaint

If you have been the survivor/victim of discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, sexual exploitation, dating and domestic violence, stalking, and retaliation you have the option to report this to the university.

The University shall respond promptly and effectively to all complaints (reports) of Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Exploitation, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, Stalking, and Retaliation, and shall take appropriate action to prevent, correct, and discipline conduct that violates this policy.

To report alleged violations, a student, faculty, or staff member may submit a formal written complaint to the DHR Administrator (Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation) or Title IX Coordinator (Sex Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, Dating and Domestic Violence, and Stalking).

Complaints should be brought forward as soon as possible after the conduct occurs. While there is no stated timeframe for making a complaint, prompt reporting will better enable the campus to respond to the complaint, determine the relevant issues, and provide an appropriate remedy and/or action. All incidents should be reported even if a significant amount of time has passed.

The Campus will respond to all reports of alleged violations of this policy, whether or not the report is submitted as a formal written Complaint. However, the response may be limited if information contained in the report is insufficient to verify violation(s) of this Non-Discrimination Policy.
