Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 prohibits discrimination based on sex in all educational programs or activities. This includes prohibiting discrimination against pregnant and parenting students.

Lactation Room for Nursing Mothers
SDSU and Associated Students are pleased to offer lactation facilities in the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union, the Women's Resource Center, and Love Library. SDSU and Associated Students support breastfeeding students and employees who wish to pump breast milk while at work or attending school. SDSU will provide a location and a reasonable amount of time to employees and students pursuant to state laws and Title IX.
To gain access to SDSU's lactation spaces, please complete this online registration form.
Your Red ID will be activated within 3-5 business days, granting you access to the
lactation rooms.

Center Hours:
Beginning August 28, 2017, which is the first day of the fall semester, the Center’s
program hours will be changing from 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Infant
program hours will remain the same from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. for infants 6 months until
19 months of age.
Center Tours are available the 1st Wednesday of the month at 9am and the 2nd Thursday of the month at 5pm. For more information, please call 619-594-7941.
