The Office of Employee Relations and Compliance advises and guides the campus community on policy and practice related to employee relations and compliance issues and ensures that an equal and diverse campus community is available to all qualified individuals on a nondiscriminatory and non-harassment basis.
A student, staff, or faculty member who believes that he or she has been sexually harassed may initiate a complaint with the Office of Employee Relations and Compliance. The Office of Employee Relations and Compliance will investigate complaints of sexual harassment and coordinate a formal investigation, a mediated intervention, or a formal mediation.
