Title IX Resources for Faculty and Staff
The Center for the Prevention of Harassment & Discrimination (CPHD) advises and guides the campus community on policy and practice related to employee relations and compliance issues and ensures that an equal and diverse campus community is available to all qualified individuals on a nondiscriminatory and non-harassment basis.
A student, staff, or faculty member who believes they have been sexually harassed (including sexual assault, stalking, relationship abuse, etc.) may initiate a complaint with the Center for the Prevention of Harassment & Discrimination (complaints against faculty and staff) or the Center for Student Rights and Responsibilities (complaints against students). CPHD and/or CSRR will investigate complaints of sexual harassment and coordinate a formal investigation, a mediated intervention, a formal mediation, and support measures.
