CSU Non-Discrimination Policy
Title IX Complaints made by Faculty, Staff, or Students are guided by the Non-Discrimination Policy of the California State University System.
People who would like to file a complaint of sex discrimination against a student or a Faculty/Staff member can refer to the CSU Non-Discrimination Policy. The process for filing a complaint against a student can be found on page 19 of the document. The process for filing a complaint against a faculty or staff member can be found on page 45 of the document. The Complaint Form is included at the end of the document as Attachment F.
